What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Invite your special someone to join us for an awesome lunch! With loads of fun, laughter and amazing fall flavors. In this hands-on class, Chef Chistina will show you how to transform seasonal ingredients into a scrumptious Fall lunch. We’ll walk you through the steps to make everything from scratch, your veggie stock, to your very own raspberry vinaigrette to compliment your seasonal spinach and berry salad. You’ll create the most soothing Tomato Soup with homemade croutons for a little texture and crunch! We will also make a nut-free pesto, for your perfectly grilled chicken sandwich. You’ll enjoy working alongside your date, friend and/or other couples as you practice the simplicity of a great meal from scratch! Plus, we’ll end on a sweet note, with Grandma Tessa’s banana cream pie for dessert. (Upon arrival, enjoy 2 complimentary mimosas, a glass of wine, beer, water, juice, or soda. Cooking Class Description: Walk down memory lane with Chef Christina and prepare a childhood favorite of hers! While listening to Spanish music you will learn to prepare a smooth home-made Guacamole, Houe-made Chips, Enchilada Sauce, Puerto Rican Style Picadillo Ground beef, Authentic Refried Beans, and Spanish Rice. Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your ID, for your proof of age if you plan on drinking. Otherwise, bring a friend or your energy for this hands-on cooking lesson! CC’s will provide all the equipment necessary to create an unforgettable cooking experience in a commercial kitchen. CCs provide everything from to-go containers to aprons.
Can I substitute any ingredients or menu items?
We ask that you inquire prior to booking about any allergies or substitutions you would like to request.
Unfortunately, we do not substitute menu items due to the amount of planning involved in each class. However, in most cases we can accommodate ingredient substitutions due to allergies, wheat, dairy or gluten free. Shoot us a message and we will take care of you!
Cancellation Policy?
We are sorry to hear you must cancel. You can transfer your booking to a friend at any time without penalty, or with 72-hour notice you can rebook for another class on a different day. We are unable to give refunds due to the inflation of food, provisions, special items purchased for each class, the passion and time put into planning each lesson.
If CC’s cancels at any time, all reservations are fully refundable or transferable to another date. Unless the cancellation is due to a government shutdown or natural disaster that is out of CC’s hands.
What Should I wear?
Please wear comfortable, close-toed shoes. (Close-toed shoes are required.) It is hard to cook sitting down! So, you will be standing most of the class. Pulling long hair back is recommended. Other than that, come casual or as dressy as you would like, be yourself! Lessons are designed to be relaxed and fun! Everyone is welcome.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, we can only accommodate children 10 years old and older with an adult. Please reach out for a younger group with parents and little ones. Private parties can be arranged for your little one.
